Overview
Repeated paper jams at the Toner Cartridge caused by incomplete
seating of the Toner Cartridge.
Situation
It is possible to install the Toner Cartridge and not fully
engage the drive gear. This will cause repeated paper jams (13.2,
13.3, 13.4, 13.5 errors) at the Toner Cartridge.
Solution / Action
Ensure the drive side (left side) of the Toner Cartridge is fully
seated during installation. If the errors persist Replace the
Paper Feed Belt Assembly, RG5-3526-000CN.
